Experience You Can Trust
My experience in the arcade and amusement industry began in 1984. What started as a general-help position developed into more than two decades of hands-on experience in arcade games, jukeboxes, billiard equipment, electronics, installations, route operations, sales, warehousing, and customer service.
Through hard work and a willingness to learn, I progressed into management. My responsibilities eventually included regional route management, assigning technicians according to their skill levels, managing collections and sales, controlling parts and equipment, handling customer accounts, overseeing installations and deliveries, and helping identify losses involving equipment, parts, and money.
Much of my technical knowledge was developed through hands-on training with highly experienced master technicians. I learned to troubleshoot equipment, understand basic electronics, resolve problems, and—just as importantly—listen to customers and determine what they actually needed.
In 1998, I took the experience I had gained in the industry and started my own company, Chynna Girl LLC. I operated an amusement route, provided affordable and classic arcade games, sourced equipment throughout the United States, and developed an extensive network of operators, distributors, manufacturers, collectors, technicians, entertainment businesses, and other industry contacts.
One of my specialties became custom home arcades. Customers came to me because of my reputation for listening to what they wanted, working within their budgets, and completing projects in a timely manner. I designed themed arcade rooms, helped customers select equipment, sourced games—including difficult-to-find classic machines—and handled delivery and installation. Over the years, I designed and installed more than 100 home arcade projects, ranging from affordable setups to high-end rooms featuring new games purchased through distributors.
My business also served customers throughout the United States and internationally. I worked with customers in higher-income markets including Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Phoenix, and the Flagstaff area, and I had the opportunity to work with actors, musicians, and prominent business owners.
Business, however, has never been only about making a sale to me.
I believe in being honest with customers. If I could not provide what someone wanted, I would tell them rather than make a promise I couldn’t keep. When appropriate, I would even refer customers to a competitor. I believe that earning someone’s trust is more valuable than making one additional sale.
I also believe in treating people fairly. During my years in business, I worked with independent operators for deliveries and repairs, providing them with opportunities to earn income without maintaining a traditional employee workforce. I made use of my warehouse resources to support those operators and worked to maintain professional relationships throughout the industry.
That same philosophy continues today.
In 2025, I created Gruziwimedia.de, a free Wisconsin resource website designed to make official county and government assistance information easier for residents to find. I built and continue to maintain the site myself, handling research, content, organisation, design, SEO, website management, graphics, analytics, and ongoing updates.
Although technology and the internet have changed dramatically since I began my career, the principles haven’t changed: listen to people, understand what they need, solve problems, be honest about what you can provide, and stand behind your work.
That experience is the foundation behind Magnum Resale.
I bring decades of firsthand knowledge of arcade equipment, sourcing, customers, installations, business operations, and the amusement industry to what I do today. My goal is simple: to provide customers with useful information, fair dealing, and the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
Experience matters. So does honesty. I believe customers deserve both.
